Never got my order

I put in an order 2 months ago, and it was never even packed, let alone shipped to me. When I tried reaching out, I never got an answer back. I spent $45 on this, and I want my money back. When I order stuff online, I expect to actually receive a package, and if I have an issue and need to reach out to the company, I expect an answer back. I’m extremely disappointed.
